My first Saltwater tank.

Reef octopus has great customer service, and you can use a smaller sumo since the RO is a HOB. But that other skimmer I've never heard of, but it has good reviews. Just remember this is an important step.

I know. I would hate to have to do more water changes :D.
 
I've got a tunze doc 9410, got it used in great condition for $150. Just search local groups and CL.
 
Also, water flow is very important too.
 
My tank is a lobster tank, so I think the HOB would be the best option. I would buy a tank new but someone offered to trade a lobster tank on craigslist. I took it because, why not? It's free.

Trust me I'm already doing that. I'll just have to see if my wallet agrees with the deals.
