My first silver, best diet?

I'm assuming this is directed to me.

I'm talking about not feeding until the aro is about to burst. That is not good for the fish, especially silvers. I've seen a few die from being fed too much food in one sitting. I bulk my aros up quick on a "power feeding" schedule, I just make sure to feed multiple meals throughout the the day.

Because i can only feed maybe twice a day if i dont have tutoring because leaving the house a 6 in the morning has me really tied up and i have feed it until it would not eat or i thought it was enough.
