Well I finally was able to find a couple that i wanted.:headbang2 Im big on looks when it comes to certain fish and with Trimacs i look for the tear drops, body profile and overall color. I am really happy with the two i bought. I cant wait to see them grow into beasts. I have a male and female at 3.5" and have been working the divider on them for pairing but its been alot easier than i thought to pair them off. I am leaving the divider for another day because i have them in a 30g right now untill tomorrow then ill be moving them into their 125 with some other cichlids im using as dithers. Once i move them ill let them bond out and spawn since it looks like i dont have much time before that happens anyway;) lol This is my first expirience with Trimacs and Im in Love with these two!!:grinno: since ive got them they have been very personable and eat everything especially the male lol so here is a lil video update of them in the 30g and i will get another next week or so after they settle in the 125. I hope everyone enjoys.

Nice grab man!

I had a large male and he was more personable than any fish Ive ever had. He was about 12" and used to bang the glass lids on his tanks until I would stick my hand in and pet him. He would do it all times of the day but worst was in the middle of the night because he literally wouldnt stop until you went and petted him. Smartest fish Ive had as well.

:ROFL: That is Awesome!! I may have a similiar situation on my hands when he is larger. My lil male isnt afraid of anything and hangs out and watches me remove the divider, whereas everyother fish ive ever owned vanashes when i mess with dividers especially at small sizes:) when i said that i Love these two, I meant it:naughty: I am definitely looking forward to keeping this pair.

I picked up the female a couple weeks ago from Ira and the male last friday. Im prett sure he has more of these beauties if anyone is looking for some. Thank you Ira for these Awesome Trimacs bro, I couldnt be happier:grinno:

Those are Amazing!!!!
I hope I will have some tank space Soon! you know how bad and how long I have been after a pair of trimacs ! LOL

They look beautiful good job bro!

Thanks bro:)

Great little pair you got there. I too love the black prison tear drop on these guys!
Here is a pic of my 5” male I’m growing out. Sorry for the high jack bro ;)!

Thank you Dan, I am big on the tear drop myself;) and yours looks good too

Damn, those two are amazing... Good find. One day I'm gonna have to get me a pair of these. They are probably on the top of my list when I have some more tank space.

Thank you and they are definitely worth it bro:)

They look good, congrets! I love the "Dragon's Tears" too. I have a young male about 3.5" from the pair I had that has them. They are very personable fish that show no fear. I've started to move away from the big aggro CA's a little but can't bring myself to let him go. They're beautiful, smart aquatic Pit Bulls what's not to love! Good Luck with them, they will so be your favorite fish, I'm sure.

Nice pair Jason! I bought a Trimac off Ira like a month or two ago. He is turning into a beast.
