That is exciting. My first pup came from my jaguar pair around 4 years ago. I had them in a pond alone, never saw mating, she never swelled up, and did not know anyone who bred them. I figured they were too small from the stories I read. One morning I caught something in the corner of my eye when walking by and it was a baby. Was pretty fired up. She is pregnant now for 7th or 8th time lost count

I'll sell it after I know its eating and healthy, I've got other types of rays, nothing against motoros they are neat but Ive already got 2 of them so I'd prefer to add to my collection with other types.

Thanks everyone for the congrats and comments it was exciting to break the barrier maybe next time it will be my mantilla male that gets to her ;)
 
Got some good news this morning, I pulled the divider about 6 hours after finding the pup. This morning my wife sends me this pic and says she seen last night my mantilla had my female flipped over doing the dirty. So hopefully she takes. The picture shows her bite marks, her disk was in good shape as of last night uploadfromtaptalk1392485295955.jpg
