I have never had a problem with live insects , I do get them from a reputable supplier that supplies the reptile keepers community as well
I get my crickets, meal worms and dubia roaches from them
I grow my own earthworms for my stingrays as well so I know they are safe
Just wash them very well and leave them in water for an hour or so and then i give them a final rinse

Right now sterling will take a blend of flake pellets and blood worms....

Looking nice and fat. My little girl is being a picky eater on and off. My heater was creeping so I replaced and hoping the stability helps with her appetite
