My fish are itchy???

You mentioned doing multiple water changes...what dechlorinator do you use? Sometimes fish can get a bit "itchy" if there are still traces of chlorine in the water. Maybe double up on the dechlor before adding meds and see what happens?

This is something I have awful trouble with. Fish randomly scratching with no visable signs eg ich spots. It is nice to see a dosing schedule there by Lupin, I however live in the UK so not sure where to get prazi or similar med.

The only things I have noticed on your info is you have some nitrite (so may have have an ammonia spike which I think can 'burn') and your ph seems quite high for american cichlids. However it may have always been like this so I wouldn't change it.
