Just an idea but when you encase your stand you could insulate it or use dynamat to help lower the sound levels also.
You could really trick it out with a nice UPS, so even when there is a power outage it will keep ticking (how long I don't know) how many watts does the pump suck? Some would maybe call adding a UPS to your setup overkill I call it monsterized!!!!!!!!!!!!!
