His face turned out sooo long... and his KOK didn't really grow...

Yeah I was thinking the same about the face, but it is more of the picture effect, i'll come up with some more pictures soon, I dont think he developes a monster kok but i dont really like excessively big koks on this fish, a medium big one is better for me.

In the measure fish and kok gain bulk face would'nt look so large.

Much better pic's. The others make his face look REALLY long. Looks good, kind of like my friends one. Cept' his doesnt have any signs of a double row and little to no red on the head. His fishes KOK also dramatically increases and decreases (water KOK). Try the mirror trick if you want a larger KOK to even out his face length, I seem to get good results with it. You may not want to though since you dont really like big KOK's on your fish. Then just keep doing what your doing!

Head did improve this update. I like how the red covers his head already, once you get the color brighter he's going to be a stunner.

Thanks for replies dudes, fish is currently 6" tip to tip, I think he has a good chance to become a very good quality FH.

Looks like a future fat boy. Agree with others that his face/lack of a defined (or large) nuchal hump are his flaws, but that thick body is great. He's probably going to turn out to be a boss.

Lets give him some time Im sure that kok will improve as fish grows. When he gets fatter and bigger so does kok and then he'll be a very decent quality FH, I'm sure my eye won't fail....

lI donno but for some reason in some picts he looks more elongated that he actualy is, He is in fact quite stocky, anyway here you go:

Do you see progression?. I do notice progression in kok, color and growth, he's hitting the 7" mark.
