My flowerhorn! Gender and Breed?

Pretty sure its a male.
Appears to have a prolapsed anus. Stop feeding him for the next couple days and if you are feeding him a crap diet then get better feeds, because poor diet, poor water, stress are the main causes. I would also add some aquarium suitable salt to help him heal up.
You say he is only 2 days old, so the pet shop probably wasnt taking good care of him. He needs seom tlc.

The water is clean because I change the water before I get my new flowerhorn. I feed him superworms,guppy,sinking and floating pellets alternate use because he get bored if I did not change his food.Maybe stress is the main cause of this I'll keep an eye on him. I already put rock salt in the aquarium (50 gallons).I'll upload the new pic of him.
Thats not even the same fish. That is the first one. Which fish is yours? The first one or the second one? We aren't saying you have dirty water, the lfs or the person you got this fish from didn't take care of it. it is sick, it sounds like you are doing the right thing.
It is the same flowerhorn in 2nd page those 2 pics is the same flowerhorn and the same flowerhorn in 3rd page.
