Welcome to the forum!
The first thing to help any sick fish is knowing what parameters are. Sometimes the issue can be as simple as needing to increase water change frequency.
There’s a lot that can cause lethargy in a fish, so pictures and a detailed history would help a lot.

Check your water parameters. If cannot then increase your water changes to 50% twice a week. Try feeding food soaked with metronidazole and add maracyn2. If not the dose metronidazole to the tank if not eating. It’ll take time for the eyes to heal if it can heal. Not sure but I’d stop the methylene blue for now.
