Invest in API liquid test kit. Your nearby petstores should have them or order online at Dr. Foster and Smith. Once you have the results, post the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH.
First, relax. You've got a very durable fish. try to increase the water temp to the high 80's and add 1tbsp of salt for 5 gals. of water. Salt and increased heat help alot in these situations. If his behavior has not changed too much. dont panic. PLEASE, learn how to check your water parameters. Your local fish store will help you. You NEED to know nitrites, nitrates, ph, temp, and ammonia. They are the basics. But you must at least teach yourself how to do that. VERY EASY !
Umm do i put regular salt or what do i put? and i'll ask my LFS for water parameter help ill prob go real soon.

As long as it is sodium chloride and NO yellow prussiate added, it's fine. Doesn't matter whether it is iodized or not.
I dont think my FH has ick... it seems like its getting worst!! Also it looks like my FH's fins are dying? idk.... but it doesnt seem as active and its just laying on top of the plant.... ;\!! please help!!!!
Did you attempt to turn up the heat on your heater? If not, do so. Keep an eye on ur thermometer. high 80's-low 90's for a few days. If you can, turn up ur air stone.
