My Flowerhorn is effed up! What's wrong?

He didn't make it... I started the Pimafix in the beginning with Melafix and it wasn't getting better so I switched to Maracyn 2 and it got worse and by the time you told me to keep up the Pimafix I think it was too late... never had to deal with this disease before so now I will be better prepared in the future... Thanks for all your help!
