Actually this just gave me a pretty good Idea for a fry grow out set up, sure will cost a lot less than seven or eight tanks... Might even be a good time to try out some filtration ideas I've been kicking around... Still ghetto though.

you could try using those plastic basket thingies with holes.
hang it on that tank and put filter material into it.
thats what im doing for all the monsters in my sig.
and its actually working great.
no ammonia or nitrites.
