I used to have a parakeet and an eskimo spitz. the dog absolutely loved the bird, and the bird liked to ride around on her head. My sister's cat hated the bird though. One day the cat managed to push the bird cage off the stand in order to kill the bird.
My friend's Cockatiel escaped!
