I got 3 of 7 now...

Hopefully by the end of next summer I will have every specie of gar known to man.

I might even have a surprise at that point.

Anyone else have um all?

The only people that I know of that have all seven species are Solomon (E_americanus) and Richard (Pejelajarto) if my memory serves me right.

I'm pretty sure that Xander is one species away from having all seven; he needs a spotted gar at this point. For the most part, the rest of us are missing two or more species at this point.
 
Ha well now I am entering the fray...and like I said - later this year I might have a surprised that would put me in a group all of my own.
 
I periodically have six species out of seven. I am always shy the gator gar, as I do not plan on housing anything that large currently. Right now I also am missing out on shortnose. Last time I had 6/7 was this past summer.

Maybe you could rescue a stunted alligator gar in order to get them all?
