No goliaths do not tolerate other goliaths either one or non, or you can go the VATF route and have a school of them but With them it's either one or 3-4 so it can get expensive.

I've kept a Goliath shoal (2 gatf and 1 vatf) for a good while now with no issues whatsoever, it depends on the conditioning and environment you provide. But for most people yes goliaths with kill each other within a limited amount of time due to cramped spaces, no dithers to reduce aggression, low current or poor water conditions stressing the fish.
