lol...so here is my 75 gallon 'headboard' tank. there's no headboard about it but it sits at the head of my bed. i'm in the process of making a hood and buying lamps for this sucker....nothing at the stores seems to fit. luckily none of the fish have tried escaping and landed on me while i was sleeping. here are some pics of the bed and of the fish.

what do you do when changing water? put plastic on your bed?

lol see the bucket to the left of the bed? i siphon it out on that side. if i'm cleaning the gravel i just do it easily and don't splash around.

I guess you don't live in earthquake territory. Otherwise a Darwin Award might be in your future.

haha nope...pennsylvania here.

and about drowning....the tank actually has a very tiny crack in it. i sealed it. let it break i feel the need to get kicked out of this apartment or else i'll never move to a better one.

LOL

Sweet idea.

I have to put plastic on my bed when I change my water.

are the sides just hanging off the end of the stand? I hope not doesn't seem like a good idea to me bro not if you like your tank and the fish in it...
