the 30 i would put the rams and maybe the porthole catfish and in the 200 you should put the oscars and the pike in there also with the lima cat

Is your girlfriend a beginner in fish keeping? If she is then show her a picture of a Discus! Their colourful peaceful creatures and you can put some neon tetra's(or cardinal tetra's there almost the same thing) in there. Me myself i have a couple of gourami's in there and the temp is at 82.4 F. And they seem to be doing fine!

Yes she is a begginer but she wont be actually doing anything with it she just pretty much claimed it her tank and she wants to pick the fish that goes in it. Im fine with that since I didnt think that she would go for that big of a tank in our living room.
