yeah, he and the temensis do the "cichlid face locking" sometimes, but the king of this tank is my siamese tiger, he keeps the dorado in check so that the tank is pretty peacefull.. so there's a siamese tiger, dorado, cichla temensis, fire eel and a motoro stingray in that tank

i had one about 14 inches. when he was 12 he was terrorizing everything in the tank and when he was 14 he started damaging the other fish. i ended up selling him to dieselmack for 50.00. he was destroying my second meanest fish. (jardini) it will keep getting meaner with size and there so darn fast theres nothing the other fish can do about it.

thanks, i'm sure all fish have their individual temprements.. i was very apprehensive about putting any fish with this guys since i've heard so much about their aggressive behavior.. but even i was surprised as to how much more aggressive my siamese tiger is.. they have been together for the longest time and the ST always puts this guy in check.. anyway, i'm happy my tank is quite peacefull.. hopefully it will last ..
