Its not a personal attack at all I have been on this forum a while and see a constant flow of people housing rtc and silver arowana in small tanks and its crazy. There are so many people that want to have the title of a monsterfishkeeper but dont actually know what it involves Bogwoodbruce is a prime example of just that. I dont beat around the bush I call a spade a spade and if someone posts a video of fish that are very poorly housed then I will say something I didnt say anything about his aro in that tank apart from it looks beat the only fish I mentioned and that the guy know shouldnt be in there are the RTC and Pacu anyways I have said my bit and ruffled a few feathers but you cant blame someone for caring.

Oh and for the money where my mouth is comment here you go.

Nice tanks and fish.

Here are a few pics of a couple of my tanks. Last one is of a tank I just rid of in order to put a larger tank in the wall cut out.

Someone could argue your Aro Looks cramped compared to mine. What's up with all the equipment in your tank? Some one could argue they don't like that in a tank and completely ruins the whole tank. I have two other tanks that have equipment showing in it.

To each is own. Different strokes for different folks. Etc, etc, etc.

Bit confused as to how a 16" aro can look cramped in a 96x32x31 mate.

Your confusion addresses what myself and other have mentioned.

My Aro is about 22 inch and looks to have more room to swim in than your Aro, especially in your last pic.

I'm looking to replace the tank the Aro is currently in with a 96x48wx30 or a 120x48wx30 probably in 2 years.

I'm sorry to say it, but the fish in all our tanks are cramped when compared to their natural habitat...the extra 12", 24" or whatever doesn't make a whole lot of difference. What constitutes inhumane space restriction in my opinion is the health of the fish. As long as it is undeformed and healthy, I don't see a problem with it....

That said, I'm not the biggest fan of RTCs and Pacu in average home aquaria, much more inflexible than an arowana. And you think his aro is cramped lol check out mine, perfect condition too...

That tank is way too small for those fish. You really need to invest in a suitable tank for them.

Its a shame such a nice Arowana is crammed into that tank :(

it looks good but i must also say the tank is way to small for 2 x RTCs and 1 x hybrid

you need a upgrade fast or sell them on

im sorry but even if that aro is healthy the tank is way to small for a aro that size

you can be fit and healthy but put in jail so it doesnt mean you are happy aros like to swim in a tank the size you have its hits each end of the tank before it even streaches it fins

if you are upgradeing your tank within the next 2 months then its fine any longer than that is not right

tank doesn't look cramped in the least. i wonder how you could have deduced that. great fish as usual koji!
