Did the idea of putting a piece of glass into the cement for a window ever come across and possible cover it up if it got too hot? It would make it easier to keep tabs on your nice collection that you have going, i have thought about doing something like this later on but wasn't to sure, now i know i can, thankyou for the pictures, your fish look excellent and the scenerie is tops! Well done!!!!!

Thank you.

I have made some experiences with glasses in the green house. But there are some problems:
- It's more expensive. The price of the glass €€€
- To mantain the temperature is more dificult
- Green water - there is to much light in the green house and the water stays with many algae
- The fishes are more shy because the people look at them. With no glass they stay in a more natural environment.

So, for me, it's better this way. But i consider that people should try it and test it.

As many other members have said, my Soon to be wife (Next Saturday is the Big day) is holding me back!! I would be a lonely man with fish and my American Bulldog if I did something like that!

Looks very good and is definitely worth the hard work and effort! As soon as I buy/build my house I would like for my first project to be something on a MUCH smaller scale then that!

Thank you.

I love american bulldog.:)

This weekend i have done a lot of things.

I emptied this tank, that have my african Malawian cichlids.

And put them in this one that i have emptied last week. It's more higher so it's more hot for the Winter that have already started without rain.

As i told you, i've done a lot this weekend.

The weather was ok and the probability of raining this week was high. So i have put this thing, i don't no the name in english (can you tell me), for collecting the water from the rain to fill up my new tanks.

There is the process
Some pieces
