My green house for fish

The next day, after the structure was well dryed, I started the work.

At first place I covered the iron, where it would fit the structure, with small strips of polycarbonate, to maintain the maximum temperature. Like a box.

Then I cuted some more irons to help holding the structure in place, since i didn't knew the total weight of the all structure working.

You don't imagine the work. It was an incredible job. A terrible heat, close to 50°C and the arms always in the air. If it wasn't the help from my dad and wife, I don't think I could finish it.

Then the placement of policarbonate blates underneath the structure, to keep the more heat as possible. Another dificult work.

The good thing was the cod done by my mother for lunch, eheheh. Regain all the energies into a afternoon of hard labor.

After the cod, eheheh, I continued the work.

I made the correct and final assembly

Closed, finally, the rays tank/pond

and got some plant

Now values of the tests:
- Temperature outside - 20°C
- Temperature inside the GreenHouse - 36°C
- Temperature in the heating box - 55°C
- Water temperature in the tank, at the bottom - 25ºC
- Water temperature on the output of the heating system 30°C

Conclusions
- The system works nicely
- The pump do 2500Lt/hour. I should try, in order to heat the water even more, putting a tap on the exit to strangle the flow, making it slower.

Now, only with the completion of all operating tests, I can tune the system.

With this system i can heat the water, filter the water and oxigenate the water.

Crazy idea? No. It's a GREAT IDEA, dont you think?

man that heating system is an insane idea!!!! so, have I got this right, the tubes in the roof have water running through them and are heated by the sun?

Correct. Is water from the tank/pond that runs thru the tubes.

What do you think about this:

Is the same thing heating 2ºCx100l or 20ºCx10l!!!

If this is correct, is better to leave the heating system as it is. Because if I reduce the flow rate the water is even more heated and that hot water can damage plants, fishes and bacteria if it’s to hot.

What do you think about this?

Generally yes. There would be an optimum flow rate for maximum heat intake but the health of the fishes and plants would out weigh the small benefit.
