My Green Texas was beaten overnight, should I euthanize?

Like the thread says I woke up today to a badly beaten Green Texas, and it is idle on the floor of the tank but still breathing. It was pretty much scaled and has little left of its fins, but periodically it will swim a short distance and lay down again. I want to give it an honest chance to come back but realistically it's not looking great. Has anyone ever brought a fish back despite similar injury? I treated the tank with Melafix in the meantime and the good news is no other fish in the tank is bothering with her anymore. I'm going to give her the night before I re-inspect the situation, but in case nothing has changed I'd like to have a game plan. If there is a hard and fast rule governing this type of injury please let me know and I'll be ready to do what I need to.

You really need to separate her from the main tank, as first priority.
 
ya why is she still in the same tank with that kind of damage? separate, treat with salt for now, keep the water perfect and aerated and hope for the best.
 
Yep, at least a divider. Do what you feel is best, if it's that bad maybe the most humane thing is to stop her suffering. I've bagged fish at put them in the freezer in the past, easiest option... Most accept clove oil method as the most humane tho.
 
Chances are if she pulls through it will happen again. Depending on the aggressor, but if it did it once and nothing changes, it will probably come back to finish round 2.
 
Here's a shot from this morning, still looking grim. The reason I haven't bothered building a divider for the tank is because all of this happened overnight and since the fish is basically motionless, neither the Snook or the Red Texas are bothering with her at all. The Red Texas was the aggressor, think he was looking to breed and she wasn't ready. If she begins to move at all I'll build the divider, no sense in doing anything until I see some signs of life or aggression from the others. By the way I can't move her to my 55 or 30, she would eat all my grow outs. Thanks for the replies, let me know what you think based off the picture. I've played sandman with clove oil before so I can make it painless if necessary.
