Yeah we never have food haha. Just fish food. The people may or may not have backed out of the deal anyway. So IDK whats going on right now lol.
 
Alright, Change of plans. The deal didnt go through so Im gonna ride these fish out and try to insulate the tank better. My new filter should help with no sump wide open below. Heaters will be in the tank and I wont need 3 300W anymore I hope.
 
Its ok to quit and take care of other priorities. I have great respect for you to prioritize other expenses. The kelberi and Orino will still be around when you are ready to come back.

Do the little things to get insulate your tank. I find inline heater help a great deal.
 
Thanks man!. Like I said the sale didnt go through so Im gonna keep them as long as I can. Im gonna have to utiliza what I have to make the tank warmer. Summer helps. I just hope by next winter im out of the apartment. So I can keep my tank in a insulated room not a cold NY basement. ha.
 
Yahoo! Good to hear. The flat panel insulation is great helps a ton. I also wrapped my canisters in a couple sleeping bags. Lol my wife thought I was nuts. I have two tanks in a in insulated basement lucky for me I added a heat duck to the area where my tanks are. Your a quick shot down the thruway let me know if I can help at all

I have a good feeling removing the sump and installing my OHF will help with the heat loss a good amount. Im gonna do a test run tonight to make sure its leak proof and actually works lol. I also have a heat duct down there but the heats basically gone as soon as it shuts off. I will also look into the insulation as well. Well get together and have a couple beers sometime craz this summer.

Yeah that sounds good to me. My tiny little boats not so good if its windy but there's a pond in my back yard basically with 10 inch stunted large mouth and a few big ones we can catch all day.
 
Nice man. So I set up my filter system first time it leaked at the unions near the pump. After that it ran perfect. Shut it down and filled it with media and for some reason it keeps over flowing . I took my sump apart and cut the stupid overflow of course now I have literally notbing.
