Hey I was wondering what you are using for filtration. My filtration is not keeping up like I want it too and is requiring a lot more tedious maintenance than I would like it too and I need to make some changes soon. Your water always looks great in your pictures.

Filtration cannot take the place of water changes.

Ok I guess mine is about the same then. I have to Change water every about 4 days I just would like to get to only once a week or one every week and a half if possible. Plus my canister filters only last about a week and a half to two weeks before needing worked over. I want more flow though I don't believe any of my canisters flow what they claim they will. I am seriously contemplating doing a sump with a good pump I think it will give me those extra couple days I am looking for plus with more flow not have to do a poop suck quite as often. I do have one uv sterilizer it seems to work decent I don't get much algae.
