Damn Shellby that sucks I also lost my rio meta orino he was a solid 8" no obvious reason and he was the only one that passed in the tank. So I am not sure what happen to him either. I have lost some bass due to parasite and they died quick by the time I treated it was to late lost the whole tank 2 kels 2 azuls. But I have lost 2 orino's without an explanation.

Yeah, Im not really sure whats going on :confused:... Everything was all good. They ate like champs last night as usual too. Ah well, part of the game I guess.
 
My guess would be internal parasites.
Kinda weird tho to die at 8" and it not being skinny tho.
If it were me I would add a UV sterilizer.
Hard to treat when ya don't know the issue.
DId you keep the bass so you can cut it open and inspect it?
 
I treated with prazipro pro twice but obviously something else is going on. I have the body in the freezer. Where and what should I look for? Never dissected a fish to look only to eat lol...

Honestly I don't know what's going on... Everything was fine and then boom fish dead again. Now I see white poop floating around in there. My funds are empty so I can't purchase anything. I need to just hope for the best I guess. The orinos are goin up for sale to someone that can afford to keep treating them.
