My growouts

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Not that I know of, but I am sure the original owner knows who has some. The original owner has a bunch of them right now. I just gave him the rest of my GT's, siblings to ours, a few weeks ago. He has one that is 4-5inches already. This is a very very good line. what you feeding yours? Got any silver trim?

Mine get mostly pellets, bloodworms, brine shrimp, and whatever else I throw in there. They were really shy for a bit but now that they hit 3" they're growing a lot faster and really turing out nice.

I didn't get any with silver trim, did you? But I only ended up with 3 juvies out of 10 babies thanks too a very clever fire eel.

I fell in love with the daddy when I saw the pictures of him and I'm hoping my little male ends up looking like that. Haven't decided if I'm going to keep a female and try and breed them yet.

About 1/3 of the spawn had silver trims. I have a female silver trim with my male. I think the original owner has a few silver trim males that he plans to get breed out.

The second male is definetly a male. Someone said is wasnt and he/she is wrong.

Reason is see he is a male: Also started forming a nuchal hump..

hmmm . . . a few of suggested that it "looked" female; and considering the other male had such a large hump, it seemed a reasonable question

thanks for setting us straight ;)

Wow, a silver trim male of this line would be amazing. I hope the owner posts some pictures. Do you have a picture of your female?

And Jakob, I originally thought it was a male, but it has now paired off with my other male and it looks like they're trying to breed i.e. clearing off a rock, digging pits and giving all the other growouts hell. I didn't even know they could breed at 3"!!!
