My hartwegi

After looking at your pictures, I'm wondering your fish is 'hartwegi'. It looks more like a P. zonatus or sp. Coatzacoalcos to me. I have both. I've included a number of pictures of my 'hartwegi' up front, and the last one is sp. Coatzacoalcos. I think you'll see what I mean. It is a very nice fish too.

Cheers guys.. I was told while he was small he looked like a zonatus. Is that the same fish as the zontam ?

Yep... zonatus and zonatum are the same fish. Nice fish!

For me hartwegi always have an inferior mouth as in a slight overbite if that makes sense....
