I do miss my polypterus collection, but I don't regret getting the herps. The part I enjoy the most is being able to handle them

You could handle your poly, too. I did quite often a few weeks ago. I don't like it whenever I handle one, though

haha yeah I tried that once when moving them from the 180g to the 120g, and not only their spines hurt, but they will bite you too.

That ball doesnt look like a pastel at all dude, I have a albino burm, albino monicled cobra, and a few redtails (ones anery and ones a double het for hypo)

Which ball were you looking at and said not a Pastel? And how could you have a double het for Hypo redtail? Hypomelanistic is a co-dominant trait in redtail boa, so either you have a hypo het for something, or you have a regular het for something, but not het for Hypo

I knew I couldn't be the only one out there!

Some of those emeralds are fire and I would drop the two bills for one easy, but some breeders inject a little too much pride in their stuff IMO
