My herp setup (PIX) any improvements?

Well heres my Herp system. I have 2 stands with 4 Boxes heated by 4 pads, which hold my 3 Corns and Ball python. I then i have my 60x32x32 cage with UV and Ceramic Bulb which houses 3 Hermans tortiose and a Leopard tort. I then have my 24x18x18 which contains my little bearded dragon. Any comments or possible improvements?

The UV they need it for their bones.

My dad made the stands, and sorry if i haven't replied we are using heat pads just stick it under one end.

I'm not positive, but aren't Tortoises baskers? Wouldn't a heat lamp work better?

That's a really nice enclosure u got there for ur torts.. Im planning on making something like that.. I plan to pick up a star tort by the end of the month...
