im waiting til i get more females before adding him to the main tank. there is only one male and 2 females. how many females do i need to keep them from fighting. i know the more the better,but i dont want to many females because i don't want too many fry

If you are doing breeding groups 1:3 is a good ratio.

All males are okay, but the colors are not as intense as if there are females around...
