THE FILTER RUNS BY GRAVITY.. ITS LIKE THE REVERSE OF A WET/DRY BEING UNDER YOUR TANK. THE PUMP IS IN THE POND PUSHING WATER INTO THE TANK. THEN THE WATER RUNS THROUGH SPRAY BARS AND AND DOWN THROUGH THE BIO-0BALLS. BY GRAVITY, AND FLOWS BACK INTO THE POND THROUGHT THE BULKHEADS, WHICH ARE CONNECTED TO THE PVC RETURNS U SEE. POND LOOKS GREAT MIKE. GLAD WE COULD HELP....
thanks carlos for all your help,i owe you big.

no insulation, its on carpet and has a hot tub cover for it.

I really would have reccomended insulating that bad boy. Those 2x4's only have an R value of about 4.3, which equates into alot of heat lost through the sides. You will also be cooling the pond a bit down on the bottom end as the carpeting is compressed, and will have very little insulating value at all. Not getting down on you. What kind of wattage heating are you running?

that look real nice.. wish i have one of those indoor pond! Great job!!!!

nice. question. how did you nail the nails. 1 ft apart? and do you just keep nailing over each 2x4? what was your method?
