Very nice job, just found your thread. At first I really liked the wood color finish. Then when you painted it black it just made it look so much nicer. Grade A stuff you got fish and pond. Any new pics?

do you have a picture of your full basement. i have a feeling you have more tanks behind your pool table.

now thats how you do these thing's, have an idea and go for it full throttle, good on you man. great pond. i must say though i did prefer it before you painted it black:D
thanks.i agree i liked it more unpainted than painted but i wanted it to match my other tanks.

I plan to build 2 of these outside next to my garage outside in the summer. The build does look sturdy. Are those just regular 2x4's? How tall is your pond? I was thinking about making my outdoor pond at least 4 ft tall. Do you think the 2x4's will hold with the tank being 4 ft tall? Thanks!

i'm liking your set up. looks like something that if you have the cash could be accomplished with only a few hours of work. is the maintenance on this fairly simple?
