So my thought on how to recycle blackwater (and allow for 10gph auto water change on a 600) is as follows:
drain -> uv/sediment filter/purifier -> container -> ro unit (test waste water and if tds < 100 cycle waste back to container) -> aquarium.
(the basic idea is if the waste water is still very soft i can put it back in the container and run it through the ro unit again until the tds gets higher than a configured threshold and then down the drain.
I've found the follow part:
tds controller (measure tds and can be used to trigger a valve)
rain valve (basically if container is empty get water from faucet else get water from container to give to ro unit)
3 way valve that can be hooked up to tds controller - which controls if waste water from ro unit goes back into container or down the drain.

Since my blackwater aquarium has a tds below 20; i should be able to recyle the water through ro unit 3 times for a waste of ~15% instead of 50% (using 1:1 ro unit).
