Like to dream big huh?...I think it's safe to say this is beyond the reach of most of us...Not knowing your financial situation, don't know how possible or impossible it may be for you.

I do know if you are willing to do D.Y.I. work, it'll be cheaper at least. Even then it'll take a lot of dedication for the project. Going by such projects as the one by Necrorcanis.

Getting the tank will be your biggest challenge after that it will be getting 2 armatus to live in the same tank

I wouldn't have an arapaima in that tank. I'd go Pbass and Aros and a few golden dorado for movement.
