My inexpensive drip system

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I havent noticed a change, and thanks for noticing the cowbell

Great set up Rallysman.

Is there any way to rig this to work on a sump without drilling holes in the sump (maybe some sort of float switch in the sump like in a toilet)? Thanks. GBG

I teed off a return line for mine, did not have to drill the sump. Put a drip emitter on the end and dripped it out. Drip in, drip out. Works fine. I would post pictures, but I can't resize them to post on this P.O.S. computer.

if you upload them to the MFK gallery it will resize them for you. I would like to see those pix, so if you cant get them to work from the gallery (see the sticky in the photolounge) PM me and I'll post them for you:thumbsup:

you might be able to make a pvc siphon, but it would likely get air locked sometimes.
I like the idea of the second drip emitter. I'll have to try that on my next one.

Thanks Hillbilly. Pics of your set up would be GREAT! :)

hey levi,

got a yard, garden, anything that has to do with plants???

irrigate it to something :grinyes: :D
I already have way too much grass to mow. If I irrigate it with anything I'll use roundup.
I do use it to water plants though:)
