I know the blue is beautiful on him. He doesn't eat anything but frozen or freeze dried bloodworms. I try to wean him onto pellets but for some reason when I drop any other food he starts to shake his head. It's like he's saying "NO, NO,NO" haha ill get a video of him doing that when I can

like the green terrors, females get more blue and it's smeared looking metallic when it's female. U have a male.
 
Definetly a male...how you can tell is his lower jaw and gill plate has no blue...females will have almost like a blue beard to them...nice looking male jd tho

Ive been doing that lol my electric blue jd eats one a week but they also kill each other, very aggressive as fry
