My Jag is such a panzy

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
ive never seen a jag as mean as ive seen male festae and trimacs but we will see.

Jags are those shy, wimpy, little scrawny kids that get picked on when little but then they grow into huge buff mofos that whoop anybody's ass. Trust me, they are frickin powerful fish once past 8".

word your jag will eventually pull the heat out from under the seat and click clack bang bang to anybody who wants to trespass on his set.

uhh yeah i guess, what he said.:ROFL::ROFL: your jag should be fine, he will hide for a while but eventually hold his own, and then rule the tank when he outgrows the other fish in size temperament and teeth

what he said :D

mines about 4-5" right now and doesnt like to fight back much...kinda lets my GT bully him...but just you wait lol my GT wont know what hit him later lol

all depends. id say the jag will be 2nd in charge as he gets bigger but if your festae is male and stays just as big as your jag then entire time i see the festae as being the boss of the tank.

I think the trimac will be the king of that tank. The festae will get out grown fast, the carpintis is all bark and no bite compared to the trimac & the jag will be lucky to get food if hes always hiding like all of mine did.

IME, the Trimac grows faster than any of the others you have and just spends its time looking for a fight, which none of the others you have (again, IME) do. Trimacs also have sharp long teeth, similar to a jags.

Ive never had a jag that could hold its own against anything in my tank, BUT...I havent kept one past 8 inches, so, according to everyone else, it might change. I personally dont think so though.
