Well heres the story i was away for a week and my brother bought a female jag and placed her in the tank with my male without letting me know first and 2 days ago when i came home there was a spawn of eggs on the rock and both the jags were fine but now about 1 day away from hatch time they both have gotten very sick they just lay on the bottom of the tank, i've noticed that they have fin rot and their slime coat looks like its peeling off their bodies so i need some help, but unfortunately all the pet stores are closed right now, man it would suck if they didnt pull through.

Ooooh, not good. It doesn't look like they are eating either? (I see some food on the bottom of the tank in one of the pics). I'd start by testing your water parameters. Whats your ammonia/nitrite/nitrate read?

Do a little water change n be careful not to disturb their "area". Add a little salt. I see alot of fertilized eggs

im outta luck im out of test strips and everything else i just changed my water a couple nights ago. the fishes on teh other end of the tank seems to be doing fine though which is what confuses me.

Test strips are inaccurate. Get a API Masters freshwater test kit. It's about $16 bucks on Ebay with like $8 shipping or pick one up at a local pet store for ~$40.

Once you find out the water parameters, work from there....Good Luck, I bet they would hatch some great frys!

Momma and Daddy don't look well. They should be flaring gills and patrolling around looking for danger. Lying on the bottom and not eating isn't good. Post up the female's behavior after the eggs hatch. If she's not paying proper attention to the fry, something may be really wrong. Good luck and keep us updated.

***EDITED TO ADD***
I was typing while you posted that they aren't paying attention to the hatched fry. Something may be really wrong. They should be really attentive and protective. The female should be scooping up the fry as they hatch and moving them somewhere safe to wriggle. I don't mean to alarm you, but something definately sounds wrong with the laying on the bottom and not tending to the fry. I hope this all works out for you. Please keep us updated.
