my jaguar cichlids is being bullied

It's 150 gal I have 2 oscars 1 green terror a jack dempsey and a jag I know there are quite a few in there but I also have an 80 gal that I might move one into i just haven't decided what to keep in there yet thanks guys
 
It's 150 gal I have 2 oscars 1 green terror a jack dempsey and a jag I know there are quite a few in there but I also have an 80 gal that I might move one into i just haven't decided what to keep in there yet I'm not sure if it the jag is male or female yet as it's only about 2 inches my green terror was the same size and has grown alot quicker
 
As already stated, as long as its eating it will grow. More likely than not, it will ultimately be the king of that tank........if not the sole survivor
