ok i went today to my lfs to exsplain situation and hes told me to try a few things out....
1 remove all fish from tank
2 change everything in the tank so theres areas for all.....<as it stands at the moment everythings over to the farrr left hand side of tank and all space is to the right......so iam going to gut the tank most plastic plants to the middle and difine areas at each end...and inside the plastic plants...worth a try i suppose...no fighting yeserday and so far today......oscars swimming round normally now.....if this doesnt work out he said reluctantly he will take the fish from me and maybe change for some dollars<silver>
when i brought him they said"oh any probs in future bring him in and we will exchange him for you"ha fish shops eh....reluctanly take him and stick a £35 pound tag on him..

hehe....thought everyone was tired of my posts.....
jags been fighting with oscars...........ok tanks rearanged.....jag flares at oscars but no fighting yet,now oscars are flaring back,before they cowered in corner...left jag out of tank for about a hour after rearangement....

no point in even trying to decrease jaguar aggression by moveing around all sorts of decor, mine constanlty fight with my o's, it's no big deal, i only put the divider up if there is a serious injury on the oscar, which almost never happens, jags will be jags.

yes thats what iam hoping...if it stays as is itll be ok....only lip locking and flaring<1day of physical contact...

I sure hope it works out because he is some wonderful gorgeous Jag..and Jags will be Jags so it is not his fault he is the way he is.. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you and for him.. give him a little extra to eat and maybe he will be lazy and content.. only kidding but i hope something works out.

thanks guys.....he eats like a king already........still no aggro at mo....took measurments hes 9.5inches from nose to tail<trying to upload pics.....and tried taking vent pics....also got a video of what he does with oscars......dont want to lose him,,deff wont be taking him to fish shop....hope if hes bad can sell him to someone from here,,,weve spoken about the poss of him having it if it goes pete tong
