My jar. Need a DSLR!

Top two were with tank's top lighting on, and no ceiling light and no camera flash.
The next four are with tank's lighting off, with ceiling light & camera's flash on.
The last four were taken by my friend using his Canon's entry level dSLR during the day. The color is much more vibrant than my power-zoom point&shoot.

His staple diet includes raw shrimp and fish fillets. Chicken fillets, superworms, crickets and night crawlers are for occasional treats, although chicken is more frequently than the others. Sometimes I also feed him thick noodles that look like squid meat. I raise feeders for him as well but my kids ask me not to kill the little feeders so I stop!
