I thought about putting a silver with my retic stingray. Anybody have any ideas iif that will work out. Arrowana would be about 5" with a 8" stingray. Any comments would be greatJeagle87;4290565; said:

It probably will not last long term (though it could). And tbh, a 165 really isn't enough for either of them.

Then you know a 230 wont be big enough unless its only 15" deep.
I wouldnt consider a mature Jardini with any tank mates unless i had at least an 8x4x3 and i say 3 deep for clear reasons.

well im not going to argue withpeople about needing bigger tanks

now lets stop bashing my future fish keepin and asuming i dont know anything about my fish and how big of a tank ill need lets enjoy some new pics ill post in a minute

What are the dimensions of the future tank? 230 gallons sounds like a pretty decent size to me, as long as it has a width of at least 24".
