My johanna pike lady

She gets real nasty at feeding time. I guess shes afraid something else will get some of the food.

This is what I originally started to get a picture of. Look in the background. She followed me to the other end of the tank, scared the giant danios away and went after the camera again.
The danios are about 3 inches. The danios are right up to the glass, she is probably 15 inches behind them which makes her look smaller.
You can get an idea how big she is.

Usually when I look in at her she might flare and posture a little and thats about it. Tonight I sat a chair in front of the aquarium to look and get some giant danio pictures. She came over and flaired a little and I thought she was done with her hello. When I put the camera up to the aquarium she went completely nuts. Her colors got the brightest I have ever seen them, bent herself into a S, bit at the glass and just threw a fit. I don't know what set her off, she has seen the camera often enough. She was still carrying on after I left.
I took a few pictures of her to record her colors.

LOL Taz, S is the best that I can describe it. I think you know what I mean.

Nothing in the tank even looks at the danios. The 15 1/4 inch Jag ignores them also.

More than one have said she looked like a giant krib.

She is with my big Jag, a big pleco and a big pimelodus blochii.
