Thanks. I use a Nikon d3200. I got it in in September. I am still learning and take a lot of bad pics too. :D. My best tip is the lighting in the tank. I like to move the lights around until find a good spot to show their color.

Nice pics you've got there Ryan , stocks looking good and healthy too love the OB , nice work :)

These guys new additions to the tank? How do you find all these randoms work together? I'm trying to keep mine to a mostly peacock/hap tank and it works pretty well, but also makes some of the fish colour down.

Some of those fish are pretty small for the colouring, are any of them hormoned that you know of? I've bought a few in the past, and usually although they fade initially they do get the same colouring back eventually.

PS what kinda goby is that?

I have this great fish store by me. The guy who owns it loves African cichlids and buys the best he can. He bred the ob's himself. The eureka red I have I got from a different place and he has faded. All the fish I get from him have actually got more color. I am not sure if he ships fish but the name is Bruces Pond Shop in brownstown, Michigan. He also helps me stock my tank, showing me what works with what. He wants me to add an eel to the mix and a pretty cool pleco. The Goby was called a wild caught congo eret goby at the store. I also like going there because there has been a few fish I wanted that he has told me won't work well in the mix. Most stores around me would tell me they would work together just to make the sale. If you go to his site...under the contact us you can find a link to his facebook. He has some good pictures on there.
