Actually we are getting close (fingers crossed)
I have one that has been eating 1 pellet a day the last 3 days. But that was all wouldn't look at a second one. Then 2 nights ago I tried a chunk of blood worms and the oscar swam up and grabbed it and when the kels saw that they perked up and one of them sucker punched the oscar right in the side of the mouth and took the blood worms away from him, but then decided it didn't taste as good as it looked and spit it out. Then last night I decided to try small cut up pieces of raw shrimp again. AND WAM water splashed everywhere, they hit it hard. 2 of the 4 ate quite a few pieces for sure. It is hard for me to know for sure about the 3rd one since it is pretty much the same exact size as those 2 but I believe the 3rd one got some too. The smallest of the group grabbed a piece but then spit it out so hopefully he will go ahead and eat it in the next day or two.
I will have to try and grab some more pics tonight or tomorrow and get them up on here. The last time I asked about color they went right back to looking normal the next day. So I was happy about that.

Tonight was great one ate 5 pellets. Then that one and two others ate a bunch of little shrimp pieces. The smallest one again only mouthed one piece and then spit it back out. Hope he comes around soon. Snapped a couple pics too. 
There lookin good man, again glad there eating for ya. So funny, I had one just like you that didn't eat at all. Then it just happened.

So here is my next question. The 3 bigger ones are pretty much scarfing pellets, bits of shrimp, everything. Eating so fast I don't know if the small one will get a chance. Do you think I should go ahead and move the 3 to my main tank and just keep the little guy by himself to try and get him to eat?
I think you should keep them together. The other 3 eating pellets will guide the last one to eat too. I had the same situation with 4 small kelberies. One was not eating pellets at all. But he followed the rest at last.
