if i keep him well fed he is dosile
that tank costs me about 150-200$ a month in food

yeah i live in a small town so unless i drive an hour i cant get good prices on food
for ex 100 super worms costs me 12$ were i live if i drive an hour they are 4-5$
pluss i feed earthworms to them aswell and they are 5.50$ for 25
he eats about 10 a day plus about 20 superworms at night for a treat and the ocasional bit of beef heart and blood worm and brine shrimp
maybe i spoil them
my water cost 100$ a month on average
if i dont feed him alot he gets real mean to my tsn

I feed my fish varied diet too. Why don't you order mealworms+superworms online? I can show you the place 1000 mealworm for $15,1000 superowmr for $20. 
I get 6000 MW for $60.
