This dovii is actually 15.5"-16" tip to tip !!!
Update: I replace the gravel to black, hes a little washout from due to stress, pic is taken right after gravel been changed.
Note the tank is 18" wide and about 2" short hitting both ends!!!
Pic below without aquarium lights on, hes more green, and still washout color due to gravel changed.

more updated pics later, once hes settle down and colors back, it should pop even more with black gravel.
