those ducks are cute, i tried talking my parents into some but no more animals. you waiting till they're full size to let them outside? if not watch for hawks if you have them in your area.. wouldn't put it past them to go for ducklings...and anything that can dig under a fence, foxes in particular, but not sure if you have those out in Washington.
They'll be inside until they're 4-6 weeks old, which is just about full grown. We do have hawks, but we also have a lot of cover. I'll mostly be worried about raccoons. These guys will get big (for ducks) around 10-12lbs.
