My Leichardti gone

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have a feeling that adding all those guppies to a 10 gallon tank did 1 of 2 things. 1. Stressed the aro out because he was surrounded by all the guppies or 2. Caused an ammonia spike. That's a lot of fish in a 10 gallon tank.

could be!!
So just want all others to know the thing happen to me.
I do not want someone else to make the same mistake like me.

by the way, around 20+ guppies are still swimming around in that tank....:angryfire....
I have not decide what shall I do to them yet.....

If you are afraid they might spread disease(s) to your other fishes, get them out of your tank now and put them in your toilet bowl. Tear a few pieces of toilet paper (actually more would be better) and then flush them away. ;)

Sorry for your loss. It's possible that ur ph changed enough after your water change that it either shocked the fish directly or killed off you beneficial bacteria causing an ammonia spike. Sucks to loose fish especially one that is hard come by nowadays

I use to have one, one day the same thing happened. Leichardties are less hardy than Jardinies. But if you get it pass a certain size, it should be okay from there on.
